Foreword: This lesson plan is a partial lesson plan adopted due to a sudden change in staffing.
Summer bridge at my school was cut, yet students needed to receive a science education. Their previous science teacher previously sent me some of their curriculum. Below is that original curriculum followed by the on-the-fly plans I created to support the remaining teachers following these cuts (none of the remaining teachers were science endorsed).

These student packets are the primary summer documents for the students with Ms. Natividad.
These were adapted by prior lessons she's developed over time during the regular school year, coalesced into a summer STEAM program.
There are also accompanying documents for each week (These are not included here).
The cuts occurred during the Rocket Ship experiment (continued by me).

I'm proud of the turnaround time but will admit it's not as thorough as I would have liked.
Upon reflection, key elements are missing from this lesson.
Did not clarify learning purpose(s).
Lack of depth within multiple means of representation (rocketry, depiction of rockets in media)
Lack of/low usage of movement or kinetic engagement (students primarily sat).
Minimal use of Multiple Means of action (CER writing).
